Cupping/Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage

Clients often request deep tissue massage with the mindset, No pain, no gain. It’s a fine line between pleasure & pain for the brain & body to feel great at the end of the service and the following days. The service provides firm pressure where needed to initiate fresh blood flow to tired muscles and tight areas and Massage Cupping Therapy. The session benefits include the feeling of overall relaxation.

Recovery Massage for Exercise & Sports Activity

Percussive Massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those that wish to recover faster on their workout journey. TheraBody University Certified, Massage Gun included throughout this service.

Swedish/Relaxation Massage

Smooth, gliding strokes combined to create a relaxation session leaving you floating in the clouds. Relaxation massage uses gentle but firm pressure to relax, ease muscle tension and promote health benefits. The classic massage will soothe your stress & encourage you to slip into an addictive state of relaxation.

Assisted Stretching Session

The most simple thing you can do to move better. Improve sports performance, increase flexibility and range of motion, reduce joint and muscle pain & reduce stress. The session consists of stretching the entire body, focusing mainly on the lower half. You’ll move through a series of yoga-like stretches and leave feeling relaxed and renewed. What to wear? Clothes you’ll feel comfortable moving in. Workout clothes, gym shorts, yoga pants, T-shirts are the choices for most people.

Mother to Be/Pregnancy Massage

May not be performed in the first trimester. Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the unique needs of expecting women. Pillows and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Sessions are designed to help clients manage this widespread condition by temporarily Relieve Pain + Reduce effects of stress + Ease muscle, joint stiffness + Alleviate medication side effects. The session intentions are set and may include a combination of light Swedish, Reiki, Craniosacral and Reflexology depending on the client needs

Bhakti Massage (Total Relaxation)

A Bhakti Massage is holistic, spiritual, intuitive, relaxing, and soothing. The word Bhakti is Sanskrit for Love of God/Goddess. How does it differ from other massage types? Once started the massage will continue with long, slow, gentle, yet deep flowing strokes. The rhythm doesn’t change during the massage. The pressure is reasonably consistent throughout the massage and relative to the pace.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body can do independently. Once a large amount of toxins are eliminated, the body can relax more deeply and use its energy more directly to regenerate the cells. Results from the service include weight loss, increased energy level, and feeling light.
